In 2016 BGR Pyper Turner Ing/Inc would like to help students financially with their study costs as well as give them an opportunity to complete their traineeship with a small but highly regarded audit firm, with an enjoyable work environment in Somerset West.
Bursary for full time studies in 2016:
For successful applicants, we are offering a bursary of R20 000-00. They will receive R15 000-00 during their B.Acc.Hons. year, to contribute towards your books and pocket money. A further R5000-00 starting allowance will be given to them at the beginning of their traineeship (regardless of which bursary option they apply for) at BGR Pyper Turner Ing/Inc to help with the initial costs of settling into their career.
In exchange for this, they would need to undertake to complete their traineeship at BGR Pyper Turner Ing/Inc in 2017.
Bursary for part time studies at UNISA in 2017:
Should the student prefer to study towards their Hons.BCompt. (CTA) part time through UNISA next year and start their training contract with us in 2017, BGR Pyper Turner Ing/Inc is willing to offer a bursary of R10 000-00 towards their UNISA studies and will enrol them on the NSOA Deluxe Academic Support programme for UNISA CTA students. This NSOA support programme has been producing excellent pass rates since it was launched in 2010 and provides students with both technical support (via DVD and an on-line discussion forum hosted directly by the NSOA lecturers) and the discipline that is so necessary to ensure that they have the best possible chance of exam success at the end of the year. If students want further information about this programme, they can have a look at the NSOA website through this link: http://www.nsoa.co.za/deluxe-support. For students that pass their UNISA exams, BGR Pyper Turner Ing/Inc will bear the full cost of this NSOA Support programme.
We are looking forward to hearing from students who wish to make an application to join us en-route to becoming a Chartered Accountant (SA).
